22 year old Miley Cyrus keeps doing things to shock her fans, she has pretty much done everything in the book – performed top-less on stage and appeared stark n*ked in her video and now to top all that she has just posed completely noode on the cover of Paper Magazine…and she’s not alone, she is accompanied by a huge pig!

Miley and her pig were photographed by Paola Kudacki and just after releasing the cover, the mag which broke the internet with their noode Kim Kardashian cover last year, informed the world that “more absolutely insane photos of Miley” from the magazine will be released tomorrow.
