Photos : President Buhari Is All Smiles As He Lands In Munich For G7 Summit

He’s been president for a little over a week and his every move is being watched by almost 200 million Nigerians who are eagerly waiting to see if he is indeed the change that we so desperately need.

Yesterday [June 7], President Muhammadu Buhari touched down in Munich, Germany to begin a two day official visit to participate a the G-7 Outreach program for invited heads of government and global institutions. This would be his first international visit outside West Africa as president, last week he was in Chad & Niger Republic.

The President who was accompanied by Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State, former Governor Babatunde Fashola, Gen. A. Dambazau (rtd.) and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Paul B. Lolo was welcomed in Germany by the Vice Minister-President of Bavaria, Mrs. Inge Aigner.

On alighting from the Presidential jet, Buhari who kept it simple in a black traditional Hausa outfit was given a bouquet of flowers by two Bavarian kids.
